IT services shouldn't break the bank but the services rendered should be from a trustworthy source. You don't want a person that isn't in the field everyday performing your IT services, you want someone whom prides themselves in being "in the know" of all technological advancements of today. Keeping up with technology is hard, so pick an IT support services company that can keep up with the demands of technology and your company.
Toms Computer Support operates as an extremely knowledgeable and experienced business. Everyone on staff is friendly, approachable, and able to discuss your computer questions and concerns in a way you will understand, no matter what your level of technical savvy.
Thomas Kay founded Tom's Computer Support as ToMTcSComputers originally in 2001 with the goal of providing the type of professional IT support larger companies enjoy to small businesses in the Lehigh Valley. Applying his experience working in marketing, sales, as well as IT at many local companies including Penn Stainless Products as an IT Assistant, AAA Northampton County as an IT Manager, and most recently a Systems Administrator at First Savings of Perkasie, Thomas Kay quickly built a reputation as being a knowledgeable and trustworthy IT industry expert.
In December of 2005, Thomas Kay enlisted in the United States Navy as a reservist which has trained him to be an extremely accountable individual by living his life following the core values of the Navy: Honor, Courage, Commitment. He has developed a strong understanding of the requirement for great communication between the client and the IT consultant that has allowed for his clients to develop extremely trustworthy relationships over the years.
During the summer of 2013, Thomas Kay obtained his Masters of Information Assurance degree from Norwich University's School of Graduate and Continuing Education program and has continued to pursue many industry certifications including the following: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, Cisco Certified Network Associate, and Microsoft Certified Professional (2003). He continues to pursue newer certifications including VMware Certifications and his CISSP.
