How We Do What We Do
Not everyone can do IT to the degree that I can. Trust me, I’ve been around long enough to know that there’s the right way to do things, there’s the wrong way to do things, and there’s the way that most people do things. Let’s just say that the way that most most people do IT is the way that requires a whole lot of regret and rework down the line…
I’ve also been in the industry long enough to know that the most important thing in IT is understanding the problem at hand and understanding that there are multiple ways at solving that problem. There may be multiple ways to solve the same problem and each client may require a specifically tailored solution to meet their needs – meaning solutions that were used in the past may not be able to be used exactly as they were again. That’s why it’s so incredibly important that we need to understand our client’s needs and tailor our solutions to that particular problem
Consultation
Request an initial consultation and we’ll evaluate your needs. Determine what you need, see if we’re a fit schedule a time to go over in detail your full problem, expected resolution, some added features you’re looking for, timeline, and any other questions you might have.
Schedule
Sheduling is super easy! We have a convenient online scheduling system so you can get you set up for an appointment quick and easy.
Problem Resolution
Most problems can be solved remotely without any user intervention at all or you can watch us work our magic through the whole process. We also have many NDA forms available upon request.
Check-In
If we can’t complete the work in a single appointment, we’ll check-in via a phone call or email along the way with updated information about where we are in the problem resolution process. If we do complete the process in a single visit, we’ll still check-in to make sure everything works as expected.
Consultation
We won’t leave you stranded. We’ll make sure to check back in a few days after the work is completed to make sure everything is still working as expected and then check-in again a few weeks later just to make sure there haven’t been any surprises. We want to make sure everything is 100% running smoothly.

Excellent Communication!
Tom took the time out of his evening to diagnose multiple certificate warnings and errors that were just beyond what I wanted to continue to work with. I trusted him to work the issue with my vendor, overnight he worked the issue, and by morning he reported back his findings, presented multiple options, and worked through the solutions to remediate the problem and still continues to check in from time to time to make sure everything continue to works as it should.
